Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, E. J. Schrader Mattress Co. has been delivering the ultimate sleep experience for over 50 years.

In 1956, after more than 25 years of manufacturing mattresses for other brand names, Enoch Schrader, began manufacturing mattresses and box springs under his own name. Even from those humble beginnings Enoch Schrader chose not to mass produce bedding as his competitors did. He knew everyone does not sleep alike, and should have the option of a sleep system tailored to their individual needs, shapes, and size - at no added cost! He passed on those values to his son Blair, who after 50 years in the business, runs the day to day operations.

Every mattress and box spring that Enoch Schrader manufactures carries with it a true seal of approval. All materials inside and out are of the highest quality available and tests show Schrader mattress sets hold their firmness and responsive resilience longer than those mass-produced by the larger mattress brand groups.

While Schrader has made many technological advancements, we have not changed the way bedding is made - one at a time, with precision and care. Many of our employees who sew and assemble our bedding have been with us for many years. Their experience and skill have helped us become one of the best independent bedding manufacturers around.

The E.J. Schrader Mattress Company has come a long way since 1956, and continues today in the fine tradition of total dedication to quality. Under the watchful eye of E.J., Blair, his wife Diane, and his sisters as board of directors promise to maintain that quality for the next generation.
